I'm far behind because he had a big head start. When I went into the water he stood on the beach and taunted me. Here's a picture of me in the water being taunted.
Then I chased a stick for awhile. The water felt so good! Here's a picture of me with a stick.
Here's another picture of me with a stick.
Here's another picture of me with a stick.
My human took a lot of pictures of me with a stick. Here's another one.
It would have been a really good picture if my human's shadow wasn't in the way. I could have stayed on the beach all day. Here's a picture of me hanging out on the beach.
See how happy I am?Then we walked to Starbuck's. There's a lot of art on the rocks by the beach. Here's a picture of me by one of the beach paintings.
Why? I don't know. I decided to walk on the grass. I like it because there's a path. Here's a picture of me on the path to Starbuck's. I wanted to go to Parkview and see Joe, but I wasn't allowed. It was a good day, but it would have been better if I had gone to the pet store. I didn't get any treats at all. And why is it so hot again? I want winter!!
Maybe if they see my picture they'll let me come in. Please?!
I liked the Orvis store, but they didn't have any dog treats. I don't see why not. Here's a picture of me in the fly fishing department.
It's not a very good picture. My human thought this was funny. I don't get it.
It's blurry. I thought it was a dog at first, but I was the only dog there. Everyone came over to pet me. I was a big hit. They should pay me to greet people – I bet they'd sell a lot of stuff if I worked there. And I'm willing to work for peanuts. They should have more dog stuff though – and treats. I give Orvis 2 Paws.
Mmmmm! Cheese doodles! See how happy she looks? We stayed in the room with Grandma for a long time. I got a pig heart. Mmmmmmm! Pig hearts!!! I'm a little nervous in new places, so I spent a lot of time standing by the door, but my human kept my leash on so I couldn't walk around outside the room. I wanted to walk around. Later my human took me for a walk down the hallway. We stopped in some other rooms. In one room I visited with a really nice old man. He pet me and talked about his dog a lot. Then later my human took me out into a big room. I was nervous because it had wood floors, but she gave me lots of cheese doodles and the floors didn't seem so bad then. There were a lot of people there and I got to go over and say hi to them. A couple of people didn't want to say hi to me. I don't see why not. After that I fell asleep in Grandma's room until it was time to go home.
See how excited I am? Now if it would only snow....
